About these terms

This website, rejuvenaglow.com.au, is operated by First Renewable Pty Ltd (ABN 38 627 475 816), trading as Rejuvena Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Products and health information

Rejuvena Glow Collagen Powder is a food product. Information on this website is general in nature and isn't medical advice. Results vary between people. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use. Check the ingredients and allergen information on the label before use.

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the images.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We don't store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. A price change won't affect an order we've already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or the order is for resale. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions have their own conditions, shown with the offer. Our welcome code (10% off your first order) can be used together with our multi-pack pricing. Otherwise, unless we say so, discount codes and promotions can't be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it's limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Rejuvena Glow name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of New South Wales.
