Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping rates

• Standard (Australia Post Parcel Post): $10, or free on orders of $150 or more. 2–4 business days in NSW, 3–6 business days interstate.
• Express (Australia Post Express Post): $15. 1–2 business days in NSW, 1–3 business days interstate. Next business day to most capital city addresses.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Regional and remote areas can take longer.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm (Sydney time) on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Delivery issues

• Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@rejuvenaglow.com.au and we'll try to fix it before dispatch. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
• Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
• Damaged on arrival: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
